Shrink Wrap International, Inc. guarantees its products to be in compliance with acceptable commercial standards for material and workmanship, but limits its obligation under this Warranty to replacement, or at its option to reimbursement of the purchase price, of returned merchandise shown to its satisfaction to have been defective by such standards at the time it was shipped by Shrink Wrap International, Inc.

Shrink Wrap International, Inc. neither makes, nor authorizes, nor shall it be bound by any other warranty, express, implied, statutory or otherwise including but not limited to the warranty of merchantability, and under no circumstances will it be liable for any loss, damage, expense, or consequential damage or loss of any kind, either in tort or in contract, arising directly or indirectly, out of or in
connection with the use of or the inability to use its products, tools, supplies
or equipment.

Bulletins, specifications, product and test reports, and other descriptive and advertising material are believed to be reliable, BUT constitute no part of this warranty which is exclusive and limited to the foregoing.

Shrink Wrap International, Inc.'s, products, equipment, tools and supplies are sold with the understanding that the buyer has determined or will determine the suitability of same for his purpose, and his is reminded that discretion should be exercised in their application and use.

No agent or representative is authorized to give any guarantee or make any statement contrary to or inconsistent with this warranty.
